Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company social media platforms.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and proposals.
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Prepare and process invoices and quotations.
- Record and monitor bills and expenses.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and scheduling.
- Support other operational and marketing duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Previous experience in admin or marketing.
Salary: MVR 10,000 – 12,000
