As the Admin & HR Executive, this role is at the intersection of administrative operations and human resources, contributing to the organization's efficiency and workforce management. The individual in this position will manage HR-related duties such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, alongside general administrative responsibilities. Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

The Admin & HR Executive will play a crucial role in creating a supportive work environment, facilitating communication between staff and management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
