Role Overview: As an Admin & Finance Special Executive, your role is integral to maintaining the
operational and financial integrity of Cristallo, supporting its growth and sustainability in a dynamic
business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions such as purchases,
expenses, sales, and receipts.
2. Creating and issuing quotations, PO and invoices to clients.
3. Accounts Payable: Processing and verifying invoices from suppliers, managing payment schedules.
4. Accounts Receivable: Tracking and following up on outstanding invoices, managing client
payments, and reconciling discrepancies.
5. Bank Reconciliation: Comparing the company's financial records with bank statements to ensure
accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
6. Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
7. Financial Reporting: Assisting in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for
management or auditors.
8. Other Reports: Preparing monthly or Quarterly reports as requested by the Management
9. General Administrative Support: Handling correspondence, preparing Agreements, filing
documents, assisting in preparation and documentation required for ISO certification quality control
processes and providing support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
• Possess 3 years of Experience in financial management, budgeting, or financial analysis is highly
desirable.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as office management, document management, and
correspondence handling.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher level of education in Business Administration, Finance,
Accounting or a relative field.
• Experience in the Marine Construction or Heavy Vehicles Industry is an added bonus.
• Excellent Verbal & Communication skills
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel,
QuickBooks, SAP).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative tasks effectively.
