Job Description

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing mail, etc.
  • Manage all administrative tasks assigned, including to that coordination with appropriate departments
  • Assist to enter and process recurring utility bills for payment without any delay and maintain the database
  • Keep updated on all the records/documents and retrieve them in a prompt manner
  • Perform other clerical reception/admin duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, mailing, Govt related, Form submissions, etc.
  • Organize and provide administrative and support functions to the team as a whole

 

Qualification anf other requirements

  • A’ Level / Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Administration, or any related discipline
  • Relevant experience and/or knowledge in admin/govt related undertakings
  • Computer literate especially in MS Office, Teams, BC & other related software
  • Professional attitude and appearance with the positive approach
  • Fluent in English & Dhivehi with excellent typing skills
  • Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attendance & Punctuality at work
