This role is suitable for someone who is organized, careful with details, and able to support both finance records and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Record bills, invoices, receipts, and payments
• Maintain daily bookkeeping entries and finance records
• Support bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
• Organize accounting documents, files, and records
• Assist with monthly reports and basic finance summaries
• Support general office administration and documentation
• Coordinate basic follow-ups with suppliers, staff, and internal teams
• Maintain proper records for purchases, payments, and office documents
Requirements
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
• Experience in accounts, admin, or office support work is preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable with Excel and basic accounting systems
• Organized, responsible, and able to follow up properly
• Able to handle confidential information with care
