Job Description

Role Description 

• Maintain company accounts & financial records
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Annual financial statements
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Ensure compliance with MIRA tax regulations
• Handle GST / Business Profit Tax filings
• Verify supplier invoices
• Work with site engineers on cost tracking
• Monitor purchase orders & payments

Qualification and Complementary Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in Construction OR project-based accounting (very important)
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiar with quickbooks 
• Knowledge of:
  • Costing / budgeting
  • Maldives tax (MIRA)
