V. Fulidhoo Magistrate Court is a lower-level court of the Maldivian judiciary system located in Fulidhoo, an inhabited island of Vaavu Atoll. It serves the local community by handling judicial matters at the island level.  The court operates as a Magistrate Court, which is part of the fourth and lower tier of the Maldives’ court structure. Magistrate Courts generally deal with matters such as minor criminal cases, civil disputes within their jurisdiction, family-related matters, and other cases assigned under Maldivian law.  V. Fulidhoo Magistrate Court is under the administration of the Maldivian judiciary and the appointment of its magistrates is overseen by the Judicial Service Commission of Maldives. The court has had appointed magistrates serving the Vaavu Fulidhoo jurisdiction.
