About Us
'The office is located at the 'Heyla Meyla Hingun' Road in Mulah. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Secretary General is responsible for the administrative management of the Council Office on the advice of the President of the Council. The Secretary General shall employ and dismiss the employees required by the Council as directed by the Civil Service Commission. There are two office units, the Corporate Affairs Unit and the Economic, Social and Municipal Services Unit.
