About Us
'The Maafushi Council is the government authority on Maafushi Island in the Kaafu Atoll. It works together with the island's residents to manage daily governance. The Council also collaborates with other government and community groups. Its goal is to make the island safe, well managed, and sustainable, while improving the quality of life for everyone living there.
