About Us
The Maldives International Arbitration Centre (MIAC) is the first and only arbitral institution in the Maldives, founded in 2019 and officially launched in 2021. Established with the aim of becoming a regional hub for resolving commercial disputes through arbitration, MIAC offers a cost-effective and efficient platform for resolving disputes both domestically and internationally.
