About Us
Faafu Atoll Education Centre (FAEC) is located in the capital island of Faafu Atoll, serving a community with an approximate population of 2,800. Centrally situated on the island, the school has been a key educational institution for the atoll. Over the past decade, student enrolment has been consistently maintained between 500 and 600 students. FAEC provides education from the Foundation Stage through Key Stage 5, offering academic and vocational pathways including BTEC Hospitality, Science, and Business streams. Most subjects are taught by local teachers, and the mediums of instruction are Dhivehi and English, ensuring accessibility while maintaining high educational standards.
