Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
Lead on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Enforce safety regulations and quality control standards to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular inspections and address any issues to maintain high standards of construction quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety guidelines, and project management principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
OSHA certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in construction supervision.
