Job Description

Responsibility

• Create compelling stories for effective marketing and product launches.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and more.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior marketing assistants, providing guidance and training to help them excel in their roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Strong creativity and story telling skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work long hours and work well under pressure
