Linkserve is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Manager for our Malé outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading the showroom team to meet sales targets. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated leader with strong retail experience and a passion for delivering results.
Responsibilities to note are:
Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to improve showroom results.
Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy; coordinate with the godown for timely replenishment.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the procurement and marketing teams for in-store promotions and product displays.
Maintain showroom security and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
