Key Responsibilities
-Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet company targets.
-Lead Generation and Conversion: Assist in identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into customers through targeted outreach
and follow-up.
-Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance team effectiveness and achieve sales goals.
-Presentation and Proposal Development: Help prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
-Training and Development: Support the sales team by identifying skill gaps and coordinating training initiatives to enhance team performance and professional growth.
-Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred with 3-5 years’ experience in a
relevant field or Master’s degree.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
