Job Title: Client Service Executive / Admin Officer 
Reporting To: Sales/Corporate Manager / Chief Commercial Officer
Job Purpose: To handle client queries, manage work orders, and ensure smooth operations by coordinating between teams, maintaining inventory, and following company policies to deliver efficient service.
 
Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
 
- Attend to client queries via calls, emails, and social media.
 
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth workflow.
 
- Understand client needs and manually push relevant content when required.
 
- Operations & Work Order Management
 
- Overseeing the scheduling and daily management of cleaning technicians' tasks.
 
- Process work orders efficiently, ensuring accurate data recording.
 
- Oversee MEP and Civil services delivery, supporting project and maintenance operations.
 
- Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day activities to meet operational needs.
 
- Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight
 
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and maintain accurate records (transfers, cycle counts).
 
- Resolve discrepancies in stock and documentation.
 
- Process purchase orders, analyze data for optimal order quantities, and ensure timely shipments.
 
- Administrative & System Support
 
- Maintain schedules, coordinate calendars, and assist in payroll processing.
 
- Perform data entry in Odoo ERP and manage organized filing systems.
 
- Prepare financial inventory reports and review them monthly.
 
- Compliance & Process Improvement
 
- Ensure adherence to company policies, protocols, and management systems.
 
- Identify and implement operational improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
 
- Additional Duties
 
- Assist in social media management and provide cross-departmental support as needed.
 
- Professionally handle sales inquiries and documentation in Dhivehi when required.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A-Level certification.
 
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
 
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
 
- Willingness to work extended hours, including flexibility for irregular schedules, while maintaining consistent punctuality.
 
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
 
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
 
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
 
- Proactive attitude, leadership potential, and capability to work independently and collaboratively.
 
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
 
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
 
- Ability to work flexibly, independently, and under pressure.
 
- Proficient in administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation.
 
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
 
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 
 
Remuneration:
- Competitive monthly salary between MVR 10,000 – 12,000
