Localture is a growing company operating across the travel, tourism, and business consultancy sectors. We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to support our expansion and strengthen client relationships across both verticals.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communication materials
Maintain and update client databases and sales pipelines
Coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and partnership follow-ups
Contribute to the development and refinement of business development strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of sales processes and business development practices
Strong command of English (spoken and written); Dhivehi language skills a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Exposure to both tourism and consultancy operations within the Maldives
