Job Description


  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, features, and quality standards, effectively conveying their values
  • Online and Offline Customer service
  • Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
  • Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
  • Provide after-sales support, including handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating product exchanges or returns
  • Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
  • Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintaining proper documentation
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed
  • Providing special packaging requests for customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase the products
  • Assisting the marketing department on store visuals during special occasions



  • O'Level pass certificate
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide product recommendations
  • The ability to use labeling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS) software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Excellent in Verbal & Written communication skills
  • Ability to work long and odd hours
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and customer-centric manner
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods as required
