Job Description

We are hiring for the position of PRINCIPAL CLIENT ADVISOR – PREMIER BANKING at Maldives Premier Bank (MPB) in Malé, Maldives. This full-time role is open to Maldivian candidates.

Position Overview:
The Principal Client Advisor – Premier Banking is responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth and priority clients, delivering premium advisory services while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and conduct standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow assigned high-net-worth client portfolios
• Provide tailored banking solutions across deposits, lending, and transaction services
• Drive responsible revenue growth and portfolio deepening
• Act as first line of defense for client-related risks
• Ensure full compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and conduct requirements
• Coordinate service delivery across Operations and Business units
• Support audits and regulatory reviews related to Premier Banking clients

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years’ experience in Premier, Priority, or Wealth Banking
• Strong advisory and relationship management skills
• High level of professional judgment and discretion
• Strong compliance awareness and documentation discipline
