Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance and leave
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding
  • Preparation of HR-Related Documents, Agreements, Letters and etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Handle employee queries
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment standards
  • Handling Xpat system
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related events
  • Provide administrative support in daily operations

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
  • Prior experience in the related field an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong planning, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated, versatile, and results-focused
  • Proactive with leadership qualities, excelling in independent initiatives
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of Employment Act of Maldives
  • Maldivian Nationals only
