Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance and leave
Assist with recruitment and onboarding
Preparation of HR-Related Documents, Agreements, Letters and etc.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
Handle employee queries
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment standards
Handling Xpat system
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related events
Provide administrative support in daily operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
Prior experience in the related field an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong planning, organizational and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, versatile, and results-focused
Proactive with leadership qualities, excelling in independent initiatives
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
Understanding of Employment Act of Maldives
