Job Description

CTL Strategies LLP is seeking an Associate to join our Corporate Advisory Practice. This role is ideal for a lawyer with at least one (1) year of licensed experience who is looking to deepen practical exposure to corporate, commercial, and regulatory advisory work.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members and be involved in a broad range of matters, gaining hands-on experience in transactional and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in corporate and commercial advisory matters
• Transaction management and advisory
• Supporting company incorporations, restructurings, and compliance work
• Providing company secretarial support
• Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial documents, including agreements, resolutions, and advisory notes
• Translating legal and commercial documents between Dhivehi and English
• Conducting legal research and supporting senior lawyers on client matters
