Requirements
GCE O’ Level 03 passes (Grade C and above).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
Pleasant personality.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Help Desk and Task management software programs.
Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change.
Able to pick up and handle Tasks quickly.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently.
Experience with CCTV, Access Control systems is an Added Advantage.
Experience with computer networks and network administration isa an Added Advantage.
Experience with Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security is an added advantage.
Experience in LAN WAN concept and Wi-Fi Networks is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Installation and Configuration of CCTV, Access control, Attendance and IOT Systems.
Installation and configuration of QueueBee queue system.
Windows Operating system installation and PC troubleshooting.
Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to LANs/WANs and IOT’s.
Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security.
Will work in-house or be assigned to a customer’s project mainly in Greater Male’.
Create and maintains all networking documentation (drawings, configurations, and Deployment plans).
Provide network-engineering consulting services, including assessment, design, and Implementation of modern Networks.
Demo products to Customers.
Provide Technical details of products and services from Email, Phone and other form of communications to Customers.
Test and document old and new product’s features and configurations.
Assist other departments by providing technical details on products and services.
Communicate with Sales team regarding Requirements gathered from Customers.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management.
