• Requirements

   

  • GCE O’ Level 03 passes (Grade C and above).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Help Desk and Task management software programs.
  • Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
  • Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change.
  • Able to pick up and handle Tasks quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience with CCTV, Access Control systems is an Added Advantage.
  • Experience with computer networks and network administration isa an Added Advantage.
  • Experience with Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security is an added advantage.
  • Experience in LAN WAN concept and Wi-Fi Networks is an added advantage.

   

   

  Responsibilities

   

  • Installation and Configuration of CCTV, Access control, Attendance and IOT Systems.
  • Installation and configuration of QueueBee queue system.
  • Windows Operating system installation and PC troubleshooting.
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to LANs/WANs and IOT’s.
  • Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security.
  • Will work in-house or be assigned to a customer’s project mainly in Greater Male’.
  • Create and maintains all networking documentation (drawings, configurations, and Deployment plans).
  • Provide network-engineering consulting services, including assessment, design, and Implementation of modern Networks.
  • Demo products to Customers.
  • Provide Technical details of products and services from Email, Phone and other form of communications to Customers.
  • Test and document old and new product’s features and configurations.
  • Assist other departments by providing technical details on products and services.
  • Communicate with Sales team regarding Requirements gathered from Customers.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management.
