Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and fostering long-term strategic partnerships. This includes providing comprehensive product knowledge, delivering prompt and professional responses to inquiries, and proactively resolving customer concerns.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends. Identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to ensure our continued market leadership.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute successful customer relationship campaigns and promotional activities, maximizing customer engagement.
Customer Data Management & Reporting: Play a key role in collecting and analyzing customer data to identify trends and generate insightful reports. These reports will be used to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
Interdepartmental Communication & Collaboration: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, technical support teams, and colleagues across various departments. This ensures a seamless and positive customer experience.
Perform other duties required or assigned, which help to improve the productivity and service of the Division.

MNQF level 07 and Above in a related field with 01 years of experience OR
MNQF level 05 in a related field with 02 years of experience
