Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, implement, review, and update all policies and procedures related to Human Resource Management and General Administration.
  • Oversee and maintain HR processes; recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, induction, performance appraisal, attendance management, leave management, remuneration and benefit management.
  • Manage HR system (software)
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
  • Liaise with other department heads in assisting and guidance in staff performance and discipline related matters.
  • Ensure all HR related policies and procedures comply with the Employment Act.
  • Provide administrative support to all business units of the company.
  • Manage and oversee all travel related arrangements (local and overseas)
  • Prepare and compile the Annual Report for the company.
  • Any other task assigned by the Supervisor, EXCO, MD or the Directors.
