Job Description

Salary:

• MVR 10,500/- during the first 3 months probation

• MVR 11,500/- after successful completion of probation

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Attend customer inquiries and orders through social media platforms promptly

• Communicate fluently in Dhivehi and English

• Type fast and respond to customers professionally and efficiently

• Take customer orders and create KOT (Kitchen Order Tickets) for the kitchen

• Coordinate and communicate clearly with kitchen crew and delivery crew

• Handle customer payments and enter transactions into the POS system

• Ensure accuracy in orders, payments, and order handover

• Maintain professionalism during peak hours in a fast-paced, hectic environment

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dhivehi and English

• Fast typing skills and good communication ability

• Physically fit with minimal sick days

• Able to work under pressure during busy midnight hours

• Responsible, punctual, and reliable

• Previous customer service or F&B experience is an added advantage

Note:
This is a busy and demanding night shift role, suitable for individuals who can handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
