Qualifications:
- Completion of O’level / A'Level
- English & Dhivehi O’ level pass B & above
- Must have Advance / Professional MS Word & Excel Skills
- Computer literate & Fluency in English
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Quick book is an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Organize daily administrative operations
- Managing and routing office communications, letters, documents and reports
- Managing project log
- Co-ordinate with accounts & operations dept.
Preference for candidates from accounts background & knowledge of accounts software
Working Hours:
- 8 hours Sat - Thurs and closed on Fridays and Public Holidays
Remuneration Package:
- MVR 15,000
Will be increased after 6 months based on performance
Experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
