Job Description

• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Processing payment vouchers for the accountant to approve
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• Should be able to do any other accounting works.
