Key duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding by preparing necessary documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage employee records and maintain an organized filing system for confidential information.
- Monitor staff attendance, prepare the monthly timesheets, and update staff records.
- Prepare employee appraisal forms and coordinate the evaluation process with relevant staff.
- Provide support in the process of opening staff bank accounts.
- Maintain all health insurance-related matters and employee hospitalization and general welfare of expatriate employees.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, performance evaluation processes, and training programs.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and ensure accurate and timely processing of related documentation.
- Handle general administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Manage staff accommodation & related work.
- Attend appointments; immigration, and other official authorities
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A’ Level Qualification. **
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar post.
- Good command of written and spoken Dhivehi and English language.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel
- Should possess a pleasant personality, be self-motivated, and be willing to undertake responsibilities
- Ability to work independently & as a part of a team.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work under pressure and long hours.
- Have a valid Driving License and a Motorcycle.
