Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our finance department. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various accounting tasks and provides an opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

Inputting and updating financial data into our accounting system.
Assisting with the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Verifying the accuracy of financial documents and transactions.
Organizing and maintaining the physical filing systems.
Providing general administrative support to the accounts and purchasing departments as needed.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
Girls are preferred.
