-    Preparing Daily Reports.
-    Documentation Tracking: Annual Fees,  Seaworthiness Certificates, and Insurance of all vessels.
-    Preparing all documents related to the renewal of the documentation required for the vessels
-    Preparing attendance sheets, salary details of all staff.
-    Preparing docking documents and preparing docking schedule of all vessels.
-    Tracking and updating staff details, and coordinating with the Human Resources Department.
-    Coordinating with the Human Resources Department regarding new staff and staff related issues.
-    Coordinating with Supervisors, Captains, and Vessel Owners.
-    Updating and organizing all administrative work.
-    Assisting the Director of Transport and Director with travel arrangements of new staff, and ensuring the new staff are deployed on their designated vessels.
-    Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
-    Completing any other / additional tasks assigned by Director of Transport.
