Job Description

Position Summary:
The Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations our outlets. This role requires a proactive individual with proven experience in retail or wholesale management, capable of leading teams and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise staff across both locations.
• Ensure efficient inventory control and stock management.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar managerial role.
