Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
* Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose.
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth contract execution.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests efficiently.
Requirements:
* Education:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Experience:
* Proven 2+ year experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.
* Skills & Competencies:
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dhivehi.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
