Job Description

Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be based at our office in Male’, Maldives.
 
Responsibilities:
* Plan, create and execute social media campaigns
* Preparing documents for bid submissions and physically attending to bid submissions / information sessions
* Writing letters (English & Dhivehi), emails and creating and sending invoices
* Attending to phone calls and answering customer queries
* Other general administrative tasks
* Stay updated of industry trends and implement best practices
* Creating Content for Social Media & Websites
* Coordinate with customers, designers and technical team
* Maintain relationships with existing customers and fulfil their new requests.

Requirements:
* Excellent Written and Spoken English & Dhivehi
* Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator / CorelDraw would be an added advantage
* Able to plan, create and execute social media campaigns
* Ability to confidently communicate with customers and other parties when required
* Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
* Excellent organizing skills
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Ability to attend office regularly and fulfil all duties.
* Punctuality, empathy & friendliness
* Well groomed & well organised personality
 
Qualification & Experience

* Experience: 2 - 3 years in sales or marketing.

Working Hours
* Sunday to Thursday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Saturday - 10:00 AM - 15:30 PM
* Friday - Closed
