The role in a nutshell:
As a Sales executive you will interact with customers and thereby convince them to be clients and
maintain solid relationships throughout the engagement. As an advocate of digital transformation, you
will help solve our customers’ needs through our digital solutions and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare prospective list (calling list)
• Canvasing customer and attract new customers (Calling and emailing)
• Visit customers and do product presentations/demonstrations.
• Promoting and selling our License, services and solutions to prospective customers
• Asking right questions to discover clients’ plans and pain points to uncover upsell and cross sell
opportunities.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
• Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
• Monitor prices and plan sales/margins accordingly.
• Ensure the expansion of the market and increase in sales.
• Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers
• Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer related matters
• Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Follow-up on outstanding dues of customers, provide information on outstanding dues and
coordinate with the finance department.
