Job Description

Work Location: Sage Beach – Lot 10996, Hulhumalé
Working Hours: 9 Hours (Shift Duty) 
Salary: MVR 9,000 (Nine Thousand Rufiyaa Only)
Probation Period: 3 Months
Application Deadline: 15th April 2026

Minimum Qualification:

GCE ‘O’ Level or completion of basic education
Experience in customer service is an added advantage
Applicants currently engaged in any study program or other ongoing commitments will not be considered

Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally
Be thorough, attentive to detail, and capable of multitasking
Work well in a team with sensitivity and understanding
Remain calm and composed under pressure
Accept feedback positively and adapt quickly
Strong verbal communication skills in Dhivehi and English
Punctual, self-motivated, and presentable.
