Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to promote and grow adoption of our Products developed within our organization. The role focuses on acquiring new clients such as stores, cafés, and retail businesses, and more while building strong relationships and increasing brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients (retail stores and more)
• Conduct product presentations and demos of the systems developed by Revsol
• Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales strategies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow-ups

Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Manage social media presence and promotional content
• Coordinate with design/dev team for marketing materials
• Organize product demos, events, and client visits
• Build brand awareness within the hospitality and retail sectors

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the product team
• Provide basic onboarding guidance to new clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Market Research & Strategy

• Research competitors and market trends
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Suggest improvements to product positioning and pricing
