Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns for our clients. As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with customers, designers, and marketing executives to ensure seamless campaign execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, gather requirements, and provide strategic recommendations for campaign development.
• Work closely with design teams to create compelling visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and tactics to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Take visually pleasing product photography for advertising products and promotional materials.
• Manage the company's website, including uploading product pictures, optimizing content, and ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly interface to attract and engage customers.
• Process and handle customer orders online, including managing shipping logistics, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide excellent online customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

 

Requirements:

• Proven 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms would be an added advantage (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
