Finding new leads.
Quoting, Responding and following up with customers.
Monitoring customer recommendation,complaints and feedback.
Analyse sales patterns.
Developing relationships with regular customers and retaining potential customers.
Reaching monthly sales targets
Monthly reports; Total sales, customers and product performance
Make Sales plans and set targets
Aiding and facilitating logistics and inter departmental communication with
Arranging and visiting resorts for product presentations /demonstrations.
Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts and Run social media platforms
You should:
Be an excellent communicator in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
Have proficient skills in MS Excel
Be able to learn about products in detail
Be well organized and self-motivated
Have excellent presentation skills
Have a good work ethic and a good team player
Work diligently and effectively
Have experience in sales ,marketing and administrative works
Experience in HoReCa industry will be an added advantage
