Key Tasks, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for overdue or default customers.
- Issue monthly bills, reminders, and demand notices via SMS, email, and letters.
- Manage direct debit requests for customers with standing orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding recovery, repayment, loan products, business proposals, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of loan accounts.
- Support day-to-day recovery operations.
- Assist in account classification and declassification as per regulatory requirements and recovery policies.
- Compile recovery statistics and reports for management.
- Liaise with the Legal Department for notices, litigation documentation, and debt recovery processes.
- Pre-evaluate the commercial viability of loan proposals by analyzing business models, risks, revenue models, and management capability.
- Assess financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide recommendations on feasibility and risk mitigation.
- Participate in customer awareness and training programs.
- Maintain professional relationships with businesses, organizations, and government representatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance products and services.
- Provide support for ad hoc management requests as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:

- Certificate Level 3 in relevant field.
Other Competencies required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Experience in the customer service and/or banking or financial services industry would be an added advantage.
- Excellent computer skills including processing word documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Familiarity with trade, economic development, and the development of the private sector in the Maldives would be an added advantage.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry would be an added advantage.

Working Hours:
- The selected applicant will be required to work from 0800 to 1600 on weekdays.
