Job Description

What You'll Do

• Design and present technical solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives
• Lead bid management, solution development, and client presentations and negotiations
• Collaborate with sales, technical, finance, legal, and marketing teams to build compelling proposals
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, workshops, and Proof of Concept (PoC) deliveries
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and sales documents such as datasheets and certificates
• Attend tenders and pre-sales meetings, and submit required tender documentation
• Liaise with vendors on pricing and availability, and coordinate with project managers on new leads
• Create detailed solution documentation and technical specifications
• Travel to client sites to understand their infrastructure and requirements
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
• Represent OXIQA at industry events, conferences, and forums

Requirements

• Maldivian nationals only
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with networking equipment from vendors such as HPE, Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Ruckus, Zhone, etc.
• Familiar with servers and storage from vendors such as Dell, HPE, Synology, QNAP, etc.
• Familiar with security products such as CCTV cameras, NVRs, decoders, and intrusion panels
• Excellent technical sales knowledge to prepare BOMs based on customer requirements
• Demonstrated experience in solution design and technical documentation
• Strong project and task management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an approachable, outgoing personality
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits, including extended stays on-site when required
• Ability to work flexible or long hours and perform well under pressure
• Outstanding punctuality, self-discipline, and professional demeanor
