Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our growing team at Haafai. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in managing the sales funnel, generating leads, qualifying prospects, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and IT knowledge.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value of products.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales proposals and quotations.
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with marketing activities, such as email campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the SaaS or restaurant technology industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • An IT background or a strong understanding of software applications.
