Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you are the face of Toddy. Your mission is to deliver warm, memorable customer experiences while supporting day-to-day store operations, digital communication, and brand-aligned activities across retail and events. This is a part-time role ideal for students or individuals who want flexible hours while contributing to a high-energy, creative lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Sales
- Greet, assist, and engage customers with professionalism and warmth
- Provide styling guidance and strong product recommendations
- Maintain expert knowledge of Toddy products, collections, and brand story
- Process and manage transactions accurately and efficiently
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and feedback positively
- Pack and dispatch orders with accuracy and care
- Represent Toddy’s values of adventure, sustainability, and community
- Digital Customer Support
- Respond promptly to Instagram and WhatsApp inquiries
- Maintain a consistent, friendly brand tone
Digital Support Hours:
- Sat - Wed: 08:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Thu: 08:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Retail & Inventory Operations
- Ensure merchandise is well-presented and fully stocked
- Conduct routine stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Manage inventory levels across kiosks and retail outlets
- Keep retail and storage areas clean and visually on-brand
- Events & Pop-Ups
- Assist with Toddy pop-up events from setup to execution
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Content & Brand Support
- Assist the marketing team in creating engaging social content
- Support merchandising, promotions, and campaign activities

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred

- Basic accounting knowledge (cash handling/reconciliation)
