- Assist in daily functions of Purchasing and logistic
- Ensure & collect letters / documents to & from various government / private offices
- Assist in maintaining documentation and filling system
- Cross-checking the quantity (and other specifications) of goods received from suppliers against the purchase orders and communicate the discrepancies and deviations to relevant officers
- Must ensure the quality, quantity, price, packing and shelf life about the requested products
- Any service (such as a repair) requested by a projects team needed to be followed up
- Filing all logisics related documents as per company norms
- Other related works assigned by the management from time to time
