  • Manage expatriate work permits and other visa processes and contract related data
  • Coordinate with immigration, ministry, and other government bodies
    Undertake clerical tasks as needed
  • Assist in daily functions of HR & Admin
  • Ensure & collect letters / documents to & from various government / private offices
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and filling system
  • Attend and arrange expatriate staff traveling
