Job title: OPERATIONS MANAGER (HAZA CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD)
Key Duties:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Operating Officer in securing permits, attending to emails, financial transactions, administrative tasks, etc..
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors and site staff.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients & assist to onboard new projects.
- Preparing and Participating in Bids and Tenders.
- Create, Update & complete SOPs.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within project timescales.
- Prepare work schedule, staff allocation and ensure site works are done as per schedule.
- Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials.
- Monitoring of Inventory.
- Prevent and manage challenges by regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
- Coordinate meeting between logistics and deliverables.
Criteria’s:
- Diploma in a construction related or business management field.
- At least 3 years work experience in a leadership, administrative role in the construction industry.
- Highly proactive attitude, detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong resilience and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
- Should be able to read & understand blueprints & related documents.
- Computer literate & must possess a valid drivers license.
REMUNERATION: 18,000 per month.
