Job Description

Service Crew plays a crucial frontline role in ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. Responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service, the Service Crew supports daily restaurant operations, follows and maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensures 100% customer satisfaction through a professional and positive attitude. This role requires high energy, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Service Crew consistently upholds the company’s service, hygiene, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Flexibility to work on shift duty basis
  • Ability to work long hours/weekends
