Operations Assistant - Big Jersey
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office admin tasks including filing, data entry, record management, and basic documentation.
Manage phone calls, emails, WhatsApp/Viber, and social media messages in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver friendly, efficient customer support and guide customers to the right solutions or team members.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, deliveries, and internal meetings.
Prepare simple reports, update databases, and keep records accurate and up to date.
Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
Prior experience in administration or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
Clear communication skills with a professional and polite approach.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks smoothly.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

10:00 – 12:00
13:00 – 16:00
20:00 – 23:00
