Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Officer – Operations, Engineering is responsible for coordinating daily engineering operations across the company's fleet and shore-based equipment. The role ensures that maintenance activities, vessel repairs, dockings, spare parts procurement, technical documentation, and engineering administration are efficiently planned and executed to maximize fleet availability, safety, and operational performance.

 

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Marine or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relavent field
• Ability to travel vessels, workshops, dockyards, sites and islands
• Proficient in MS applications
• Previous experience in Odoo will be an added advantage
• Punctual, reliable and a team player
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well within a team and handle multiple projects
• Good communication skills in English
• Motivated, dedicated and positive attitude
• Past experience in marine, engineering, fuel, hospitality, or tourism industry is an advantage
