We are a leading creative and production agency in the Maldives and we are looking for a talented and driven Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos for diverse projects.
• Assist lead cinematographers and creative directors during shoots.
• Support the production team to complete projects on schedule.
• Edit and deliver final outputs according to project deadlines.
• Operate and maintain cameras, drones, gimbals, and related equipment.
• Learn and apply new creative and editing techniques to keep up with trends.
• Travel occasionally for shoots and assignments across the Maldives.

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in camera operations (photo and video).
• Familiar with drone handling and basic flight safety.
• Skilled in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar).
• Experience in lighting setup, composition, and color grading is a plus.
• Previous experience in production or creative agencies is an advantage.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

Workplace: Equinox Media Office, Malé City

Travel: Required a few times a year based on projects
