Job Description

1.       Clean office premises daily or as scheduled.

2.       Ensure tearoom is stocked for meetings.

3.       Collect office purchases from suppliers/sellers as required.

4.       Buy office items as instructed and required by the relevant departments.

5.       Maintain general office tidiness.

6.       Manage and maintain tearoom supplies.

7.       Assist in setting up meetings and arranging refreshments.

8.       Completing other tasks related to the work of the department assigned by the Supervisor.

9.        Drive vehicles for task such as errands deliveries, or transportation as needed
